Magic Poncho Ride to Coachella

Coachella dreaming.

Festival season is around the corner and everyone is all like, "let me show you what I'm wearing for festivals." I can only hope to go Coachella, but it's a one in a million chance.  My bumness only leads to me trolling the web to enter as many Coachella ticket giveaways as possible. Honestly, do people save for years to go to Coachella for one weekend? The amount of money that it actually costs for tickets, hotel, airfare, and food are in the thousands.  But I guess it's worth it when you think of all the bands you get to see in two days.

I scored this Free People Summer Blanket Tunic from a Threadsence mystery sale for $20, which retails at $148. Sometimes gambling does pay off.  Only sometimes. Though I'm still not sure if this was supposed to be a poncho top that happens to look like a poncho dress on me, but let's go with dress. The boho pattern is low key amazing and the fringe gives it carpet looking vibes.  There's not many places where I could pull this off, but I do like it for a casual outdoor concert.  I paired it with my tan color-blocked hat and my concert black booties. These boots are perfect for that extra inch I need to see in the middle of crowds, but still comfortable enough to stand in all day.

Bands to see at Coachella 2015: Andrew McMahon in the Wilderness, Belle and Sebastian, Brand New, Father John Misty, Fitz and the Tantrums, Haerts, Hozier, Joyce Manor, Lights, Madeon, Marina and the Diamonds, Phox, Ratatat, Royal Blood, Ryn Weaver, Ryan Adams, Saint Motel, St. Lucia, St. Vincent, and Sylvan Esso.
