October Playlist

It's cloudy with a chance of pop punk for October's forecast.  I'm so excited about new music this month.  It's like revisiting my angsty teen years of staying in my room all day, and listening to super loud music.

Weezer, New Found Glory and Yellowcard all have new albums out this month, with newly refined sounds.  Yellowcard have always kept their original sound, but have a way of showcasing it in a matured way.  While New Found Glory get a little serious on their new album Resurrection.  There's definitely some standout songs worth checking out.  And Weezer.  Well awesome.

I think every teenage rebel heart was crushed when they heard My Chemical Romance broke up earlier this year.  However, Gerard Way has come back with a solo album. Of course, I had to add a song to this playlist. "No Shows" is a great track to listen to, so get a taste of what Gerard Way, without My Chemical Romance, has to offer.

In honor of Halloween, I added my favorite song from A Nightmare Before Christmas.  Long live the Pumpkin King.

Enjoy this playlist to release some of those bottled up teen emotions and have some upbeat music for Fall.
