& Other Stories Brown Sweater & River Island Petite Jeans

You know how I love my brown and nude tones, right? Well let’s rust brown to the hue circle because that’s what I like this season. This cozy color is vibrant and stands out in the minimalistic color family.

I picked up this crop brown sweater from & Other Stories in New York and I wore it immediately. This was a cozy need and was the perfect sweater to go with these River Island mom jeans.

I’ve never tried mom jeans and I was hesitant at first. I’ve previously tried Topshop’s petite version and was not a fan of the fit, but these River Island petite version has me feeling some type of way. When I cuffed the ends, I loved how the frays and light gray stood out. It’s a great contrast and more high fashion. The cropped fit pairs well with these loose fit jeans for a more relaxed look that works for the petite bod, instead of makin me feel shapeless.

I did half ass my shoe pairing and chose to wear my fake Gucci slippers. But you know, relaxxx.
